because rn, no matter what, you'll always have 100% exploding. the rest is just that way because the base value and stuff

like rn the base value is 333 for exploding, and ya know the postive ids are x0.3-1.3, so 333*0.3=99.9 which rounds to 100, so the minimum is 100, but in order to have that, the highest value would be 333*1.3 which is 432.9 which rounds to 433 :/

 

Ok, but why always just guarantee that it has 100% exploding? Why not just make the max around 115%? It defeats using other exploding items, and makes individual items worth less because every single one has 100% of exploding.
