However, UA Ranger isn't completely useless, while the only reasons I was remotely viable as PHB Ranger was due to my excellent stat rolls and the fact that my player isn't stupid."

The Elvish was IC, but only Erevan heard it, so the rest of you don't know she speaks Elvish
