Girl: “Hol’ up folks, slow down. I don’t know what the wooden man or elf are saying, or why the child sounds like a man... But what happened to the ol’ man, and whos payin’ for this bread?”

 

Erevan: "My friend, please. All of you speaking at once will accomplish nothing. I fear you will overwhelm her."

 

Girl: “Have you looked around at the forst ‘round here? Real lively...”

 

Kyelas: "So, due to a couple of people not playing their cards right, to say the least, a fight broke out due to an accusation regarding the dungeon in the attic. The professor is currently unconscious, but safe. As for who pays for the bread... Uh... Help me out here, guys..."

Yevor: "How much is the bread?"

 

Kyelas: "Well, we're trying to stop it for a reason..."

Erevan: "My apologies... we are simply a group of travelers in the wrong place at the wrong time. We were preparing to leave, when a very important necklace went missing. We found a series of notes and riddles directing us to this house, wherin we found a riddle left by the professor directing us into his attic, which was a most... bizarre experience. When we returned we found the professor, and, due to some spectacularly poor decision-making by certain individuals I could name, a struggle broke out, ending in the old man's unconciousness. He has not yet recovered, and we are still sorting out what to do."

 

"If the living are going to be constantly acting like this girl, I'll stick to respecting the dead."

 

OOC Erevan: "By cutting them up and offering them to a chaos god?"

 

I really want to recruit her, a cook would not be bad in the party. Who's with me? Of course, after she's made sense of everything going on.

Once Erevan is done talking:
Heat: "We need some assistance too, the professor seems very fragile. He's a regular customer, no?"

 

Girl: “It’s usually two silver, but you all seem... of a more interesting sort. Is that a demon I see in there?”

She says, trying to look into the house

OOC Kyelas: "DAMN IT, EREVAN!"

 

OOC Yevor: "I wish. Sadly, it's something far worse: an actual child."

OOC Kyelas: "Has a single sarcastic character sparked a barbecue?"
