I can relate to this statement. As a person who has (just recently) moved to another country, languages aren’t easy to learn. (But knowing a similar language does help) I am currently learning to speak three languages (French, Italian, and German). Each language is different and one isn’t “easier” to learn than the other.
Fun fact: It’s actually easier to pick up regional mannerisms than a language.

My native language is Hebrew which also considered as one of the hardest languages to learn, so sometimes it makes me proud to think about it.

(Although it also kinda sucks that my main language is useless outside of my country...)

Forget languages. Dialects are difficult! A few days ago, I was talking to someone from Milan, and Northern Italy and Southern Italy have very different dialects. To put it simply, I think I insulted them instead of ordering a meal and complimenting their outfit and work.

Firstly, you're correct in that yes, no language is easy to learn, but I somewhat disagree with your opinions on correct grammar on the forums. Yes, informal language and abbreviations are easily understood (though csst was a bad example on your part, everyone uses that, strict formal speaker or not), but the way you type should be dictated by the context. In a general debate such as this, I'm typing in general formality, but say, for example, that I was joking around over memes with a friend, I can say from personal experience that I use very much less formal language.

    Just my two cents though.

I am English and strongly disagree as we cannot even speak it properly ourselves in most cases ;)

That is where this comes into play: "words
In this case the factor that changes/dictates how you communicate is the setting of the conversation itself. Therefore yes and no? Anyone can talk however formally or informally they want, as @Derpy_Watermelon proved by typing informally then us begining a formal discussion. I could totally switch to informal talks whenever I felt like it, but I won't because the scenario doesn't call for it. That, however, still doesn't mean you "have to" follow the conversation. So yea and nea; yes grammar, no connotation/feelings on formality. This is an online setting too. People are more open to switching from informal to formal and vice versa anyways. It doesn't make a huge difference.

Just wanna clarify, I’m saying that using correct formatting just makes a post look nicer. I realize it’s the internet and people don’t care about grammar. Just if you’re making a shop/guide or something, having no grammar makes it really annoying to read.

Definitely not. Most certainly not. Never. Nope. Wrong. eeeeeeeeeeee.
English is actually one of the hardest languages to learn because we have so many irregulars and a bunch of weird stuff.
I would say whatever you speak determines what you called the "easiest" language to learn. For us, it would be any other European language. Stuff like Japanese, Chinese, and Korean are probably in another group of languages that find each other's languages "easy" to learn, but I can't say that for sure because I don't speak any of those languages.
