Specific Elements (isn't necessary if you only want a certain playstyle but don't care about elements): thunder

Budget: thrundacrack and 5 stacks 2 hive(please with LI/hive replacements)
PvE, PvP, PvB?:PvB and PvE

Class: mage

It says "You have put in too many skill points", but that's a Wynndata bug - instead look further down to see that you do have enough skill points.

the gambler needs -110% or above in each defense so you stay positive (-110% to -70% defenses)
if you cant get a good gambler, replace it with like a finesse or something

Ew gambler abuse

Tank based rainbow weapon kinda overrules that, as the build is purely defensive. You're fine here.

 

i would like to point out that when using the gambler (for the sake of simplicity, we will assume there's nothing else, just the gambler) there's about a 1/64 chance of getting an appropriate roll, that is, having all defenses at least -100%, and having hp be at least 2815

Thanks for the build! However, I have a question about the durum's serenity, since it's only a lvl 23 item, it should be replaceable with a higher level item, is there any alternative for it?

Specific Elements (isn't necessary if you only want a certain playstyle but don't care about elements): don't care, just use anything that works perfectly together (but considering my restrictions)
Level (range or exact, your choice): everything until 101
Budget: barely 2 stacks of LE. Also only got 1 Hive Wand, a prowess and a moon pool circlet for exchange, if you wanna use hive items. But LI items are okay. I also have one godly prism laying around. Currently using a melee dmg build with Compiler and fire sanctuary
PvE, PvP, PvB?: PvE, PvB (will mainly be used for wars and for nothing else.)

Better damage in exchange for some walkspeed so that is a choice of playstyle. However, it cannot be overlooked that Ossuary seems to fix any negative lifesteal you have. Yes exploding no longer triggers lifesteal, but its still good to counter.

Use something, anything, just don't abuse Gambler.

Oh. Yeah I guess it is rainbow slapish.
