I Lost A Quest Item That I Need

I lost a quest item that I need to do a quest, is there any possible way to get it back?

 

/fixquests (Put this in questions plez)

 

They can't move it, although I think they can report it and ask for it to be moved. I'm going to do this, and I'm saying now becaus I think it's allowed but don't want to get banned or anything.

But yeah, as Moukassi said, do /fixquests. If that doesn't work, check its not in your bank or another classes inventory.
