i hope you realize max (15%) rarities go for 10-12 le
even a 13% can go for upwards of 7
but i might be able to hook you up, i'll get on later

also i just learned that 14% is max, so XP is max and LB is 1% off max, so probably looking for around 12-13 now, if that's fine

I really don't know the price for it but I'd say 5 le sounds fair.

the loot and exp are only mediocre, so id price at 2.5 le or under
