    I currently have the VIP rank, But I haven't gotten the ''Special Offer'' (which contains 2x XP bombs, 2x Itembombs and 5x Crates) for my first rank upgrade. Should I already have it? Or do I get the offer when I upgrade my rank to VIP+/Hero?
    That will be all, thanks already!
