Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

The girl nods, though holds onto me for balance for a bit.


"Well, I can get you some materials so you can try." Vexa says.

 

Slowly adjusting to the underground, I get ready to head outside of the room

 

"Eh, don't worry. A little bit of snow never hurt anyone."

 

Ihra smiles.
"Well... it's nice to meet you."


"Let's see how much I remember." Ruby nods, a bit nervous.

There's two guards waiting for you at the door.
"Morning. Are you ready for breakfast, or are you a late eater?"

"A lot of snow did. And pretty much everyone here."

 

"I must admit that it is not my favorite place to stay, but it could be worst. So let's just quickly get out of here."

 

"It's nice to meet you too, Ihra." The girl says.


Vexa heads into the back.

 

"Well, you're in one piece, so you're not doing too badly."

They keep digging.

"Uhm... what's your name?"


Ruby looks at the rest of the village, glancing at green energy arcing between her claws.

 

"It's, um. It's Claire." Claire says, sounding a little nervous.


The village seems to be getting ready for the night, a heavy red sunset visible in the distance.

 

"Do you maybe need help with that?"

 

"Nice to meet you, Claire..."
Ihra glances at you, as if asking for something.


Ruby glances at the sunset before looking at anyone that comes near and waiting for Vexa to return.

"Nah, I do it all the time."

 

Claire looks up at me.

"Please can we go back inside?" Claire asks me.

"Sure thing." I say, smiling at Claire and beginning to walk back to the palace.

Claire quickly runs beside me, grabbing my hand and grasping it tightly.


Vexa eventually comes to the front again.

"Aren't you coming through?" Vexa asks.

 

Ihra trails you and Claire.


"Yeah, in just a moment." Ruby says, looking at the sunset.

 

Claire doesn't say anything on the way back, though she seems to stay close to me.


The sunset casts it's light into the shop, turning everything an orange-red. The sun slowly melts into the horizon as stars begin to shine in the sky.

 

"Then I won't bother you."
He sits back on the cold ice.

 

Ihra keeps an eye on Claire.


Ruby heads inside the shop, telekinetically opening the door for herself.

"Why not? Happy with talking to yourself?"

 

Claire just holds my hand, staying close and following where I go. She occasionally glances back at Ihra to check if she's still following.


Vexa seems to have started working in the back, her familiar hammering sound present.

 

Ihra keeps about a steady distance behind.


Ruby heads back to see what she's working on.

 

"I don't want to walk in your way, so I'll sit back."

 

"I'm not going backwards, you're fine."

 

"Do you want anything? Or want to do anything?" I ask Claire once inside the palace.

"Um, I'm a bit hungry. Could I have some food please?" Claire asks politely.

"Sure, let's go get you some food." I say happily, glancing back at Ihra.


Vexa seems to be working on a scythe blade, hammering out it's shape.
