Archer/Hunter Help Is This Build Good? (lvl 55)

is this build good for a level 55 archer? im trying to go for an earth build... tell me if i cant use any items or if i should swich any items

and is the damage and the health good? im used to end game builds so i dont know if this is good or not

Generally you shouldn't be thinking about builds at your level, just acquire some items that suit your chosen element.

but no one likes it when they get a reply like that ^

so you're build is great, just keep in mind that you should pick one or two specific elements to work on (example agility and intelligence) and acquire items that give water-air type stats. keeping this rule in mind automatically creates a pretty decent build.
