    Now it has become manaless stick with has strong attack of water and air and netural.
    For me, It was still weaker than meteor skill. :(
    (But this might be because of my skill points..)

    Anyway, this is bad... the mana regen... it died...
    I was mana mage.. ;(

    I want to know how to use this weapon from now... :/

    I'm pretty sure Selv changed the wand completely as it was overshadowed by Ethereal in almost every way.
    It should have several new IDs if you reroll it.

    You need to reroll it. The new one has mana steal and tonnes of new ID

    only -23/4s mana regen? buddy, mine had -58/4s mana regen, so I think you got a fair deal there
