You can tell the item by the identification cost. I'll buy a thrundra ripsaw if you have one.

 

I know I already explained this to you, but I'll put it here so others can see.
If 2 items are the same rarity and the same level, it is impossible to differentiate them from identification cost. That is why some of the entries in my shop are two items separated by a slash, indicating that it could be either of those items.
