    Considering morph set was recently nerfed, it does pretty damn well. The builds using libra and stellar outdamage builds that go pure morph which has worse access to mana regen than before.

    why would physalis need a nerf? it seems rather balanced to me with it's -melee%.
    and im pretty sure theyre in-game

    but it's different from burnout and CoI in the fact that it actually has -melee% (burnout has positive fire and air damage% which cancels out the -melee% that it has)
    sort of like breezehands, breezehands doesn't have -700 hp or anything because it has that -melee%

    but if its only -27% at minimum then limo instantly cancles out all that negative melee% and melee % doesnt even effect the damage that much anyway unless its like cancer, which these leggings will probably end up like cancer now that I mention it
    I just made a build for it that is very fast attack speed with 9k hp and 110% walk speed, theres no denying that this dagger isnt going to get nerfed, probbly take thunder damage down to 500 and earth damage to 100 and remove neutral
