    Stellar has the most melee and spell damage of any necklace in the game. These apply equally to all elements and neutral damage so it is essentially rainbow damage.

    the item has higher SP reqs than DFN! If you use libra and stellar, you get +25% in all elements and +spell% AND +mana steal. I'd say freedom will indirectly be buffed by this.
