PvE, PvP, PvB?: Good PvE, able to not die instantly with bosses

I just got an idea. When Lunar spine is fixed, i want to have a build for it ready. I want to prove it IS useful.

Class: mage ofc

Playstyle: Glass cannon crowd control melee spell: hit a crowd with the wand, then wipe them out with a meteor or heal yourself. Bonder as secendary wand for quick escapes and heals if everything goes wrong.

Specific elements: Water, air, thunder (storm). Thunder is for damage items, movementspeed items and the crits, air is for survival and for walkspeed to make up for lack of sprinting with spine, water for better heals, spell damage, and spell cost reduction with bonder. (Primary focus is water, thunder and air after that.)

Level: 101.

Budgjet: 1 hive item. I know you like multihive, but no. No mythics, as none of the armor seems good for this build and we are using lunar spine. Li items are an option.

Pve and PvB.
