Pack Won't Download

    So after a long (long (long)) break from Wynn, I decided to give it a go again. Unfortunately the resource pack seems to not be working for me. I'm not very computer savvy but I've followed the recommendations such as making sure server packs are enabled, making sure the server-resource-packs folder is in my .minecraft folder (and doesn't have any legacy/wynn stuff in it), and reinstalling Minecraft, however nothing seems to be working. Any thoughts?

    what version are you in? 1.8.9 is the version with the least amount of bugs
