srry but that is 100% worse than the first.
worse mana, worse hp, worse defenses, worse overall.

https://wynndata.tk/s/G3FOWK Quite literally a tank. 70%+ chance of not getting hit and 55% reduced damage when you do. The damage is trash tho. That is how a tank is supposed to be played anyways. Just don't cast vanish to hold the enemy's attention. You're a one man army. Your hp and defenses will keep you alive. Someone else has to do the attacking.
EDIT: Sagittarius also works if you want more damage and ws. You get -earth though. Will need powders, unlike the original version. You will also have less hp and very little LS.

 

what should i put the rest of the SP on?

 

I suggest getting to 41 or 47 intelligence. Then you can get 4 mana spins or 5 mana smoke bewms. Otherwise, get more dex. Better crit chance and higher spin damage. (only ~100 more damage though). You won't have enough SP's to get 68 intel

If you go for 41 or 47 int, throw the rest the SPs into dex 4 sure. The crit chance is the main source of your damage, as your raw damage is trash.
