Yuno's Easy Recipes #5 Fish Fillets

So for this recipe you'll need:
Fish fillets (the amount depends on the size of the fish, I usually eat two small fillets by myself)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Lemon
Garlic
Root vegetables (onions/potatoes/sweet potato/carrots/leek/garlic)

First thing you'll have to do is defrost the fillets cause they are probably frozen. Open the packaging and put them in a plate under a running faucet.

Meanwhile start cutting your root vegetables (the onions and leek into rings, the garlic can stay whole)

Dice some garlic cloves (2-3 per 2 fillets is good). Mix the diced garlic with oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Take an oven tray and put baking paper on it so nothing will stick.

Place the fillets on the tray and arrange the vegetables around them (try to not double stack them).

Brush the garlic lemon juice on the fillets and pour the rest on the vegetables.

Put in the oven on 200 c° for 30-40 minutes (can change depending on the size of the fillets).
Meanwhile cut another lemon into quarters and clean up everything you used.

Serve with the lemon quarter and be careful while eating cause there can still be bones in the fillets.

Other options:
You can make rice instead of vegetables
You can switch out the fish for chicken breasts
The sauce can be almost everything
