    Item #: 010

    Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: LCD-010 is to be contained in a 29 x 12 x 29 chamber with 14 cm steel thick walls at site [REDACTED] and must be surveilled 18 hours a day. If it shows any abnormal behavior, this should immediately be reported to Dr. █████████ to then have MTF Alpha-9 on standby.

Description: LCD-010 is the term used to mention a variety of three known separate entities known as LCD-010-1 through LCD-010-3. LCD-010-1 is a 2.25 meter-tall humanoid figure constructed of mostly inorganic material, as its head appears to be made of an unknown type of gray stone while a large number 9 is painted onto LCD-010-1's "face". This paint seems to be composed of a species of flowers known as [REDACTED], found in the [REDACTED]. Other than the 9, LCD-010-1 seems to have no other facial features which questions how its senses work. The rest of LCD-010-1 body appears to be made of a pinkish-colored porcelain that can, however, withstand great amounts of force rivaling that of titanium. Both of LCD-010-1's appendages are slender arms of obsidian, although its right hand is fused with the grip of a white sword created of [REDACTED].

LCD-010-1's behavior towards most other organisms is aggressive, especially towards humans of non-[REDACTED] descent. When attacking, it prefers to use the sword attached to its hand, swiping and slashing at its target until it dies. In rare cases, the 9 on LCD-010-1's face will glow a bright crimson and begin to jet fire that can reach temperatures of 2430°F, the origins of this fire is still unknown. If kept alone, LCD-010-1 will begin emitting distorted noises out of its head, some of these noises have been identified as [REDACTED] and were translated to reveal cries of help (see addendum 010-1-A).

Even though the strength of LCD-010-1's shell is superb, it has been completely broken off on occasion. When this occurs, another entity similar in detail to LCD-010-1 will emerge from the broken shell which has been identified as LCD-010-2 (see addendum 010-2-A). Although LCD-010-2 seems identical to LCD-010-1, LCD-010-2's body is now a russet porcelain, its sword now consists of [REDACTED], a species of tree too found in the [REDACTED], and there is now a large number 8 on its face instead of a 9. LCD-010-2 will attack any organism that is within a 10-meter radius of it via its sword. In a similar way to LCD-010-1, LCD-010-2's 8 will glow a dark blue, causing it to develop a gravitational field around it, pulling enemies near it in order to eventually gut them (see addendum 010-2-B). When kept alone, LCD-010-2 will begin to fix itself by collecting LCD-010-1's body parts and reattaching them (see addendum 010-2-C).

After being tested on, LCD-010-2's shell has developed twice the resistance of LCD-010-1's porcelain body. In spite of this new found durability, a third of LCD-010-2's shell has been smashed to reveal a third entity under LCD-010-2, now known as LCD-010-3 (see addendum 010-3-A). Not much information is known about LCD-010-3, aside that its shell is a murky brown, as only a third of it was seen during this event.

Addendum 010-1-A: Recorded transcript of first "conversation" with LCD-010-1:

    LCD-010-1: (Gibberish)
    Dr. ███████: Huh? Uh... pardon?
    LCD-010-1: (More Gibberish)
Dr. ███████: [EXPLETIVE], can someone bring me a translator? I believe its speaking in [REDACTED].

    [After Translator's Arrival]

Dr. ███████: May you please continue?
    LCD-010-1 (Translated): Can't breath. Can't see.
    Dr. ███████: Ehm, excuse me?
    LCD-010-1 (Translated): Can't feel... anything...
Dr. ███████: What do you mean?
    LCD-010-1 (Translated): It's... so dark...
Dr. ███████: I can assume it is, as you do not appear to have any eyes.
    LCD-010-1 (Translated): Where... is she?
    Dr. ███████: Who?
LCD-010-1 (Translated): [REDACTED]... where is [REDACTED]?
Dr. ███████: Sorry, I am not aware of who that is-
LCD-010-1 (Translated): BRING HER BACK, YOU [EXPLETIVE]!

[At this point, LCD-010-1 goes into an immense fit of rage, causing MTF Alpha-1 personnel to begin rushing into LCD-010-1's chamber to prevent it from escaping. The aftermath of LCD-010-1's outburst caused a total of deaths.]

Addendum 010-2-A: During a containment breach, LCD-010-1 escaped its chamber and ran deep into the [REDACTED] until it was eventually tracked down by the Mobile Task Force. During these events, approximately 5,700 bullets were shot at LCD-010-1, causing its porcelain shell to break off revealing LCD-010-2. Unfortunately, the MTF, along with the foundation, was unaware of LCD-010-2's existence causing them to loose an estimated ██ amount of personnel among the MTF. LCD-010-2 was eventually recaptured seven and a half hours later by [REDACTED] whilst it was trying to piece itself together (see addendum 010-2-C).

Addendum 010-2-B: After LCD-010-1's shell had been broken once again on [REDACTED], three D-class personnel, D-293, -893, and -628, were brought into LCD-010-2's chamber for testing. LCD-010-2 "stares" at their general area for around two and a half minutes. D-893 then became impatient, walking towards LCD-010-2 and into its 10-meter radius, aggravating it. LCD-010-2 then run towards D-893, knocks him onto his back, and begins to chop at his torso until it completely came off. In an attempt to help D-893, D-628 and -293 tried pushing LCD-010-2 off of D-893, but were unsuccessful. Due to both of them entering LCD-010-2's radius, LCD-010-2 began to attack D-293 by slicing at her head eight times, however, the ninth hit snapped her neck, killing her. In a desperate attempt to survive, D-628 tried to run from LCD-010-2, but was unsuccessful as the 8 on LCD-010-2's head began to glow and D-628 was stuck in its gravitational field. After D-628 was dragged onto the floor by LCD-010-2's gravity, LCD-010-2 cut D-628's chest open with its sword and rip out his organs. This lasted approximately four minutes and thirty-three seconds, until D-628 passed out from the pain. After D-628 ceased breathing, LCD-010-2 stopped gutting him and began to collect pieces of LCD-010-1, trying to put itself back together (see addendum 010-2-C).

Addendum 010-2-C: After goring D-628 (see addendum 010-2-B), LCD-010-2 began collecting pieces of LCD-010-1 and reattaching them to itself to recreate LCD-010-1's shell around it. Even though the porcelain was in critical condition, after pieces of LCD-010-1 were reattached they became fixed and fused to LCD-010-2. Dr. ███ requests that LCD-010's method of reattachment should be looked into and studied.

Addendum 010-3-A: After the discovery of LCD-010-2 (see addendum 010-2-A), Dr. ███ had requested for testing on LCD-010-2 to see if any further entities were behind LCD-010-2's shell. Due to prior events, LCD-010-2 had not rebuilt itself yet, but was in the process of doing so. During this, 35 Alpha-1 personnel were released into LCD-010-2's chamber and began firing at its exposed spots. This went on for around half an hour, until LCD-010-2 began showing signs of cracking. Eventually, a third of its shell broke off to reveal that there was indeed a third entity under LCD-010-2 with a murky brown shell, now referred to as LCD-010-3. Alpha-1 personnel were then instructed to collect fragments of LCD-010's porcelain shell and escape the chamber. Even after a large amount of LCD-010's shell was taken from it, LCD-010-2 was able to rebuild itself by tearing at the walls and ripping the steel plating off it to reattach to the remains of its shell. Miraculously, even though the original shell was a completely different material, when the steel fused with LCD-010-2's shell, it was converted to porcelain. Tests on the fragments of LCD-010-1's original shell have shown that when disconnected from LCD-010, the porcelain will now break easily, like real porcelain. Further studies have gone into LCD-010 to see how this happens and how the foundation can recreate these abilities.

    Item #: 043

    Object Class: E̶u̶c̶l̶i̶d̶ Keter

Special Containment Procedures: As of now, there is no proper way of containing LCD-043 as it is now widespread throughout the province of Wynn. The best the foundation can to do contain it is to not use any form of [REDACTED] near LCD-043, and fight against the hordes of LCD-043-3 (see description). If LCD-043 ever begins to cross the [REDACTED], then the foundation shall immediately call upon MTF Beta-7. If the outbreak of LCD-043 is beyond Beta-7's control, a XK-class-end-of-the-world scenario shall be planned.

Description: LCD-043 is ̶s̶o̶m̶e̶ ̶s̶o̶r̶t̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶w̶o̶r̶l̶d̶l̶y̶ ̶h̶i̶v̶e̶ ̶m̶i̶n̶d̶ an unknown force of nature, darkness, unholiness, etc. referred to as "The Corruption". The effects of LCD-043 depends on what LCD-043 is affecting (see experimental log A). When a living organism is in LCD-043's range, now called LCD-043-1, said organism will slowly develop symptoms of frustration, irritability, and insanity over a time span of [REDACTED] weeks. The appearance of LCD-043-1 can most notably be found in a village south of LCD-043-2 (see next paragraph), where nearly 95% of the population has become LCD-043-1.

LCD-043-2 is a gigantic obsidian portal south-west of Detlas. LCD-043-2 is theorized to be the source of LCD-043, as most symptoms of LCD-043 occur within a certain radius of LCD-043-2. Around LCD-043-2 is a large amount of LCD-043-4, which is too to be theorized another source of LCD-043.

When a deceased organism is within LCD-043's range, said deceased organism will reanimate at a fairly quick rate, now called LCD-043-3. In behavior, LCD-043-3 will attack any living organism from the mammalia class. If an instance of LCD-043-3 has the mental capacity, it will use the weapons that are available to it in order to kill its target (see experimental log B).

Land in LCD-043's radius will very slowly become an instance of LCD-043-4, as the geography of said land is replaced with an unknown type of red stone and large obsidian spires will grow out of said red stone. LCD-043-4 is a secondary source of LCD-043, as the large obsidian spires that grow out of LCD-043-4 can spread more of LCD-043.

    Experimental Log A

    Experiment 1-A:
One (1) D-class personnel was placed in a testing chamber within the radius of LCD-043 and left there for several weeks, food and water provided.
Results: Said D-class personnel eventually went insane and began ripping out his hair and clawing out his eyes.

Experiment 2-A: Two (2) D-class personnel were placed in a testing chamber within the radius of LCD-043 and left there for several weeks, food and water provided.
Results: After [REDACTED] weeks, both D-class personnel began arguing with each other, fighting, and eventually one had murdered the other.

Experiment 3-A: One (1) D-class personnel was placed in a testing chamber within the radius of LCD-043 and left there for several weeks, food and water provided, but was then taken out after he was affected by LCD-043.
Results: Said D-class personnel at first had the symptoms of LCD-043, but after [REDACTED] weeks, reverted back to normal.

Experiment 4-A: One (1) animal of the species, canis lupus (gray wolf), was placed in a testing chamber within the radius of LCD-043 and left there for several weeks, food and water provided.
Results: Said canis lupus became increasingly more aggressive over time to the point where foundation members had to put it down.

Experiment 5-A: Two (2) animals of the species, canis lupus (gray wolf), were placed in a testing chamber within the radius of LCD-043 and left there for several weeks, food and water provided.
Results: After [REDACTED] days, both animals began fighting each other to death. The victor then committed cannibalism on the carcass of the other canis lupus.

Experiment 6-A: One (1) corpse of a D-class personnel was placed in a testing chamber within the radius of LCD-043 and left there for one (1) week.
Results: After [REDACTED] days, said corpse was reanimated by LCD-043 to then be terminated by foundation members.

Experiment 7-A: Two (2) corpses of D-class personnel were placed in a testing chamber within the radius of LCD-043 and left there for one (1) week.
Results: After [REDACTED] days, both corpses reanimated at nearly the same time, but were not aggressive to each other. Both were terminated afterwards.

Experiment 8-A: One (1) corpse of a canis lupus was placed in a testing chamber within the radius of LCD-043 and left there for one (1) week.
Results: Said canis lupus reanimated after one day, it was then terminated.

Experiment 9-A: Two (2) corpses of the species, canis lupus, were placed in a testing chamber within the radius of LCD-043 and left there for one (1) week.
Results: Both corpses reanimated after one day and were friendly with each other, both were then terminated afterwards.

    END EXPERIMENTAL LOG A

    Experimental Log B

Experiment 1-B: An instance of LCD-043-3 is placed in a room with a wooden sword on the floor.
Results: This instance of LCD-043-3 does not appear to have the mental capacity to know how to use the wooden sword, LCD-043-3 is then terminated.

Experiment 2-B: Five (5) instances of LCD-043-3 are placed in the same room with a wooden sword on the floor.
Results: Only one (1) out of the five instances is able to know how to use the sword, the other four (4) instances of LCD-043-3 are then terminated as well.

Experiment 3-B: One (1) D-class personnel was placed in a room with the same instance of LCD-043-3 from experiment 2-b.
Results: LCD-043-3 began attacking the D-class personnel. Although it did not use its sword throughout the whole attack, nevertheless, it still used the wooden sword to sever the D-class personnel's arm and decapitate her head.

Experiment 4-B: One (1) D-class personnel was placed in a room with three (3) instances of LCD-043-3, wielding weapons.
Result: Two (2) out of the three (3) instances of LCD-043-3 were able to successfully use their swords to attack the D-class personnel.

Experiment 5-B: Five (5) instances of LCD-043-3 are placed in the same room with a bow and arrow on the floor.
Results: Only one (1) out of the five instances is able to know how to use the bow, the other four (4) instances of LCD-043-3 are then terminated as well.

Experiment 6-B: One (1) D-class personnel was placed in a room with five (5) instances of LCD-043-3 holding bows.
Results: Only one LCD-043-3 was able to use its bow and shoot an arrow at said D-class, while the rest hit said D-class with their bows.

    Item #: LCD-057

    Object Class: Safe/Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: LCDs-057-1, -2, -3, -4 are to never be at the same site at once no matter what. Each of them must separately be kept at sites █, █, █, and █. Only personnel with 05 clearance are allowed in any of LCD-057's various vaults. If any of the four instances of LCD-057 are taken with intentions of using LCD-057's true capability, then said personnel will be executed as soon as possible. If in an event all four instances of LCD-057 are stolen, then a ZK-class end-of-reality scenario shall be prepared immediately.

    Description:
LCD-057 is a collection of four unknown type of crystals of the colors yellow (LCD-057-1), purple (LCD-057-2), red (LCD-057-3), and green (LCD-057-4). Other than their different colors, the details of all instances of LCD-057 seem to be exact copies of each other.

LCD-057-1, LCD-057-2, and LCD-057-4 do not appear to do anything abnormal when kept alone, except for LCD-057-3. LCD-057-3 must never be removed from the island LCD-057-3 is kept on, otherwise known as [REDACTED], as if it were removed this would cause [REDACTED]'s volcano to erupt as it nearly did in ███ AP (see addendum 057-3-A).

If LCD-057-1, -2, -3, and -4 are in the same location at once, this activates LCD-057's special ability which appears to be some type of r̢̀̕͢͡ę̛a̶̡͠l̴̡̀͡͝i̷̶̡̛͠t̢͟y̢̕͏̀͢ ̛͘̕͝͝w̨̢a̵̧̡̕͞ŗ̶͜͠͠p̨̧҉i҉̵̨͘͜n̛͠͞g̴͟. Item #: 085

    Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: LCD-085 must be contained in a 3 x 10 x 3 meter room with steel plated walls. Inside said room, LCD-085 must always be submerged in a 2 x 5 x 1 meter hole filled with mercury. MTF Chi-3 will be on standby if LCD-085 shows any attempts of breaching containment.

    Description:
LCD-085 seems to be a mummified human covered in a gray cloth standing at 5'9''. Although presumed to be ███ years old, LCD-085 seems to still be alive and somewhat functioning. LCD-085's method of attack is by firing spherical objects that emit a green light at its target. On contact, these pellets will cause third-degree burns to LCD-085's target. When a human is in a certain proximity of LCD-085, now identified as LCD-085-1, it will emit a screech reaching volumes of 195-235 dB and go into a rage state trying to kill LCD-085-1.

Even if LCD-085-1 manages to escape LCD-085's aggravation zone, LCD-085-1 will be afflicted with some type of "Mummy's Curse" that will cause misfortune to LCD-085-1. Even though this sounds ridiculous, multiple tests have been done to prove that this "Mummy's Curse" is real. The only known way to revert LCD-085's curse is by terminating LCD-085. LCD-085 has been proven to easily be terminated when burned with temperatures of 3,034°F, although the cloth that LCD-085 wears cannot be destroyed.

Approximately 27 minutes to 16 days after LCD-085's termination, LCD-085's cloth will miraculously reanimate LCD-085. It has not been confirmed yet, but tests have shown some form of necromancy might have been involved with LCD-085's constant reanimation.

    Experimental Log

    Experiment 1:
LCD-085 has been terminated via flamethrower.
Results: An hour and eight minutes later, LCD-085's cloth begins to reconstruct LCD-085 as expected.

Experiment 2: LCD-085 has been terminated via flamethrower and LCD-085's cloths have been scattered across LCD-085's room.
Results: Four days, eight hours, and ten minutes later, all of LCD-085's cloths begin to gravitate towards each other and, at collision point, reanimate LCD-085.

Experiment 3: LCD-085 has been terminated via flamethrower and LCD-085's cloths have been scattered across multiple foundation sites.
Results: Although their distances, three hours and eighteen minutes after LCD-085's termination, all of LCD-085's cloths begin to gravitate towards each other, ripping through anything in their path and, at collision point, reanimate LCD-085.

Experiment 4: LCD-085 has been terminated via flamethrower and LCD-085's cloths have been scattered across the globe.
Results: Thirteen days, twenty-two hours, and fourteen minutes later, all of LCD-085's cloths begin to gravitate towards each other, soaring at speeds of ███ mph. A large amount of anesthetics are used on witnesses of LCD-085's cloths and researcher ██████ is terminated shortly after LCD-085's reanimation.

    Item #: 234

    Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: LCD-234 must be stored in a 2 x 2 x 2 meter wooden box that shall remain locked when LCD-234 is not being used for experimental purposes. Under no circumstances shall LCD-234 be held by a non-D-class personnel (see description).

    Description:
LCD-234 is a scepter-like object 4.1 feet long and 2 inches wide. LCD-234 appears to be made of the wood of a quercus (oak) tree, but this has yet to be confirmed. When held by a human, now called LCD-234-1, will vanish after 4-19 seconds. It has been theorized that LCD-234-1 had phased into an "ethereal state". As of now there is no known way of reversing the effects of LCD-234, although there are still means of communication via [REDACTED] (see addendum 234-A).

LCD-234 was confiscated from [REDACTED], a citizen of [REDACTED] who had recently invented LCD-234. He was then taken in by foundation custody and questioned on how he created LCD-234.

Addendum 234-A: A portion from an audio log of a conversation between LCD-234-1 and Dr. ████ via [REDACTED]:

Dr. ████: D-775, are you there?
    LCD-234-1: ?
Dr. ████: What you are experiencing is effects of LCD-234, you are now in what is presumed to be in an ethereal state. Please describe to me what you are experiencing in detail.
    LCD-234-1: ' , ... ' .
Dr ████: What do you mean by that?
    LCD-234-1: ' ' ...
    Dr ████: Interesting...
[While Dr ████ was writing down notes, a loud, distorted noise blasted out of [REDACTED], breaking the machine and nearly rupturing Dr ████'s eardrums.]

    Item #: 564

    Object Class: Safe/Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: LCD-564 is to be constantly guarded by personnel from MTF Psi-7 from every possible angle. If a trespasser is to ever experience the effects of LCD-564, they shall be brought into foundation custody, interrogated, and is to be injected with class-a amnestics.

Description: LCD-564 is a large abandoned mansion located south-west of Gelibord, known by many as the Erca Mansion. At first glance, nothing appears to be abnormal about LCD-564, as its anomalous abilities activate when a personnel enters the building through any means of entering. When said personnel enters LCD-564, they will begin to experience vivid hallucinations/memories of LCD-564, known as LCD-564-1 (see addendum 564-A). The most common instance of LCD-564-1 is that of LCD-564 during its prime, pre-abandonment. According to bystanders, they could too vaguely hear the same noises heard by personnel experiencing LCD-564-1. According to folktale, the ███████ Family, the deceased owners of LCD-564, were known to dabble in the dark arts, which may explain why the mansion has said anomalous activities previously detailed.

Addendum 564-A: On █/█/████, a D-653 was sent into LCD-564 for experimentation. After experiencing an instance of LCD-564 for ██ minutes, he reported being brought into a memory where he met ███████ Caritat, the ███ of ███ Caritat. Throughout it all, he was taken to multiple events throughout ███████'s life. In the end, the hallucination was interrupted by what D-653 described as "███ Caritat's withering corpse." After encountering it, ███ Caritat began to assault D-653 until the hallucination had ceased. D-653 was reported to have multiple broken bones and third-degree burns.

    Item #: 866

    Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: LCD-866 is to be kept in a 10 x 5 x 10 gas chamber with 5 inch lead thick, air-tight walls. Daily checks for any cracks or holes in said walls are mandatory to keep LCD-866 properly contained. All shower heads in LCD-866's chamber must release a large amount of chlorine trifloride nine to fourteen times weekly. Foundation members must wear a hazmat suit when entering LCD-866's chamber. If LCD-866 is to ever breach, mobile task forces Beta-7 and Nu-7 are to be called upon immediately.

Description: LCD-866 is a humanoid creature of an unknown species standing at 6'8". It's body is covered from the neck down in a thick gray fur while it's head is covered in orange scales resembling that of a "jack o' lantern".

When it comes to nature, LCD-866 is only aggressive towards humans, as it enjoys the presence of any other species, especially that of the class, reptilia. When a human is present, LCD-866 will tackle said person and either aim for their jugular vein and bite until it ruptures or maul its victim to death.

Although its anatomy says otherwise, LCD-866 is able to break through nearly any element when at its full strength, the way it manages this is currently unknown. Along with strength, LCD-866 has a high pain tolerance which makes it nevertheless, a more difficult specimen to contain (see addendum 866-A).

Addendum 866-A: During a containment breach caused by LCD-999-1, LCDs 068, 035, and 010 escaped their chambers. During this, LCD-999-1 deactivated the gas mechanism in LCD-866's chamber, causing LCD-866 to regain all of its strength and escape. After LCD-999-1's re-containment, MTF Beta-7 was sent to recapture LCD-866. It took them an estimated five and a half hours until they could successfully capture LCD-866, this occurred when approximately 187 tranquilizer darts were shot into LCD-866. This was one of the foundation's deadliest containment breaches, resulting in a death toll of ███ people, ███ of them caused by LCD-866.

I don't care how long it takes for us to pull it off, LCD-866 is a threat to the foundation and needs to be terminated as soon as possible. -Dr. ████

    Item #: 999

    Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: LCD-999 is to be contained in a 8 x 5 x 8 meter cell composed of concrete walls. It must be surveilled 24 hours a day and two guard must always be outside of LCD-999's cell, armed with tranquilizer darts. If LCD-999 ever attempts to breach containment, MTF Alpha-9 should be on standby.

    Description:
LCD-999 is a organism similar to an oryctolagus cuniculus (European rabbit), although it has bright orange fur, is much larger than an oryctolagus cuniculus, has small, horn-like protrusions on the sides of its "head", and is sentient. LCD-999 has requested the foundation to refer to him as Fredrick when interacting with him. On █/██/████, LCD-999's IQ was measured to be around ███, which is higher than any IQ of a human in history. Although his IQ contributes to how he is able to make such advanced devices and mechanisms, it is still not known how he manages to do this when, as LCD-999 has stated himself, his appendages are "stubby".

LCD-999 was found near [REDACTED] when a man reported strange noises coming from [REDACTED]. When MTF Mu-13 was sent to retrieve LCD-999, he was found working on a [REDACTED] in what was presumed to be his laboratory. When LCD-999 had realized Mu-13 was present, he activated [REDACTED], otherwise known as LCD-999-1 (see addendum 999-A), which resulted in a number of ██ deaths. Despite this, LCD-999 was eventually tranquilized and captured.

LCD-999-1 the term to describe a certain mechanism created by LCD-999, or as he refers to it as "disintegrators" which will shoot fire reaching temperatures of 3,750°F at their target. When LCD-999-1's outer shell is broken, LCD-999-1's core will be exposed. After approximately 53 seconds, LCD-999-1's core will explode, anything within LCD-999-1's explosion radius will most likely die, or sustain severe damage.

LCD-999-2 (see addendum 999-A) is a group of organisms similar to LCD-999, except that they have red fur and are savage in behavior. When handling an instance of LCD-999-2, do not underestimate their strength as their jaw is strong enough to break through steel.

Addendum 999-A: Mobile Task Force Mu-13 was sent to [REDACTED], where LCD-999 was presumed to be located. Approximately 32 minutes after arrival, Mu-13 managed to break down the door to LCD-999's lab, when the alarms went off. Mu-13 was unaware that LCD-999's laboratory had cameras, so shortly after entering a large amount of LCD-999-1 was sent to the location of Mu-13. Foundation members began firing bullets into LCD-999-1 which was effective in terminating a large amount of LCD-999-1, but not all of them. The remaining instances of LCD-999-1 managed to activate their incendiary mechanism and burn 42% of foundation personnel to death. After the last instance of LCD-999-1 was terminated, two cages holding a large amount of LCD-999-2 were opened, unleashing an estimated 87 instances of LCD-999-1 upon Mu-13. Only four deaths were lost in the attack, but the rest of Mu-13 sustained major wounds from LCD-999-2. Eventually, LCD-999's command room was found and tranquilized.

Addendum 999-B: The following is a recorded transcript from a conversation with LCD-999:

Dr. ██████: Hello Fredrick, how are you?
LCD-999: I believe you already know how I feel at this point, as you're the ones who imprisoned me.
Dr. ██████: ... Changing topic... I would like to know how you managed to create the advanced machinery that we refer to as LCD-999-1.
LCD-999: Firstly, you mean the disintegrators? If so, that is none of your concern, I would not share such classified information of mine, especially with the foundation.
Dr. ██████: Right... next question, what exactly are you?
    LCD-999: Pardon?
Dr. ██████: As in species, what species of animal are you?
LCD-999: Is the foundation really that idiotic? I understand that [REDACTED] are rare, but at least one of you should have seen one before.
    Dr. ██████: So you're a [REDACTED]?
    LCD-999: No [EXPLETIVE], Sherlock.
Dr. ██████: Whoa there, I get that you despise us but no need to use profanity.
LCD-999: By the way, you may want to check the security cameras monitoring what I believe you call LCD-866...
Dr. ██████: Wait, what? Oh [EXPLETIVE], where did 866 go?! How did you- WHAT THE [EXPLETIVE]!?

[For a moment, LCD-866 can be seen running down the corridor towards LCD-999's chamber, killing both guards and breaking down LCD-999's door. Approximately four and a half minutes later, LCD-999 managed to breach containment of LCDs 068, 035, and 010.]
