"I used to hear stories that he ate faeries like us...alive, even. Though I haven't seen him bring harm to any of us, he's really nice giving us jobs and places to stay." Mish says happily.

"Yeah, we're protected from the people that actually do that." Rin says, seeming freaked out and scared for a moment.

 

"The mortal kings have taught all humans under the winds that the ground was the source of all evil. We've grown untrustworthy to say the least over the years."

I continue to follow the queen

 

"That is the benefits to being in a palace." Ali says, glancing at her wooden plaque.

"Hold on to a horn, seer." Reiglynn suggests as the tunnel suddenly turns into a freefall, Erevne gliding down into a well-lit street.

 

The faeries glance too, reading the plaque.

 

"No problem."
He smiles while he walks back to the others.

 

It's in some sort of glyphic language the fae don't recognize.

Anne seems to be up, looking up at the still-sleeping Lucy.

 

The faeries just look confused, glancing back at each other and shrugging.

 

Ali goes back to making flour, glancing at the fae every now and then.

 

The faeries just watch, waiting to help. They seem to have descended to the ground; hovering most likely tiring after a while.

 

"Morning, honey."
He walks up to her.

 

"I want you to get me several of the best painters in the city." Terrae says.

OOC: sorry for the longn reply, had an overseas event+classes started the day I returned

 

"I'm working on making a spice of sorts, could you gather a bit of whatever spices are in there?"

"I'll send the word. By the way, Ren requested to see you, said he found something in the crater."

"Morning. Did you peek out and see if the storm's still brewing?"

 

"Not yet. I was spending some time with the dragonlings."

 

"Is that why your clothes are a bit torn up?"

 

"Yeah. Claws."
He sits down.

 

"Was it worth it?"

 

"It was fun. They are just a bit out of control."

 

"Yeah, all children are like that... I think."
Pause.
"I know I was."

 

Mish and Rin nod, heading into the farm room.

 

Ali sweeps the flour into a smaller bowl, filling a cup with a bit of water before waiting for the two to return.
