    Boss is haros

    From charon's legion, his deserters were digging a tunnel to try and attack someplace, i think nemract

    EDIT: dialogue
    Haros: Come one, we've nearly broken through to saint's row! Detonate it already!

    Haros: Their east side is undefended. We will overrun the town! Charon will regret banishing us all!

    Haros: WHAT! A human? How did they find out about our plans?!

    Haros: Soldiers! Destroy the interloper! We cannot let them keep us from our goal!

    I meant the items from the boss :p but you edited your post, I guess they're pretty good! Poison is pretty powerful at early level

    (and DAMN that loot bonus)

    Really? I guess it has its uses if you don't do quests or crypt, but if you do quests you usually get enough xp to just not grind there

    There are no level 27 quests and I needed 28 to do the next available ones. Didn't want to go too far away since The Mercenary gets started in Nemract.
