    I'm looking for a DPS build thats ENTIRELY neutral damage, No mythics please (I'm quite poor)
    Aswell as try and keep hive items to a minimum e.g! I'm fine with LI Item's

    Post suggestions down below.
    dont post meme builds otherwise im going to delete them also things that dont match the criteria

    Thing with neutral is it doesn't get the massive damage bonus from SP, besides Earth.
