Generic Fantasy - [5/7]

A region south of The Wall. The Academy of the Arcane apparently has a lot of power here, despite it being located half a continent away. The people generally make damn good beer. Presumably a coastal region, also presumably foggy.

Fix 2 black letters in the description of the Fog Coast.

The bear thing's struggling, but as the first chance to break free comes up it cannot muster the strength.

The final attack appears to have burned him out. His comatose semi-corpse is dragged off by the authorities, who by chance noticing you watching.
"What? Who are you and why are you in that alley? There's no chance you aren't being evil here."

It would be closer to Deathless if anything, and with that you'd probably have to be of an evil alignment to be very effective....
