Archer/Hunter Help Looking For A Good Build (no Mythics) (1 Hive Item)(no Li Items)

well well well sounds like a great opportunity to bring up the PAINMAKER
I'd suggest checking out the official releases since out of the three of them, only one needs a hive item and all are doable without any LI (centennial is a bit out-dated tho just use any water boots)
optimal for bossing or pvp or whatever you can kill

I use this myself, it's not perfect but I find it to be pretty ok

if you use torrential tide you'll do more damage

 

torrential tide has more damage, but it's a little more inconsistent and I can't have curse

Almost 12k hp, 7 mr and 5 ms, then spam water powders for insane spell damage: https://wynndata.tk/s/4WYKLE. Also, putting powders on earth and air will actually make the build worse! Don't try and fix those defenses, they cannot be helped. Note: there are better archer builds than this, but you asked specifically for something better than what you suggested.

put thunder powders to correct the -thunder, then spam water powders for spell damage.
