Media Lament Or Nepta

My point is that lament needs a better buff ， For example remove its neutral damage , pure water dmg ,Do not let the damage be scattered.

nepta is a glass weapon
lament is not

because of this, i think that nepta is balanced but i do think lament is a bit lacking if compared to the other mage mythics

my point: nepta is balanced, lament needs a slight buff

 

if its a glass weapon it should have not -1k hp but like 2.5k

 

instead of -1k hp how about -1k hp regen

 

and give it x3 damage and 1000% walk speed and air damage oops warp

 

My only question is, did you use the same build for both weapons? Also another question, what were the build(s)?

 

yea lament should stand out in some way... ya know because its a mythic
I can get 8k meteors with judas in some rainbow tank build and you have a build for it, lament is probably going to stay the same and nepta will get nerfed

using the same build doesnt prove much they are different types of wands one is mana regen the other is mana steal

Along with this... Lament is more for damage AND support. It would be weaker in damage yes, but you would heal more than Nepeta.

 

i dont think i would want a mythic for it to be a support item, because being a support item doesn't show the full potential of a mythic, mythics should always stand out in damage and identifications.
i agree with nerfing nepta or buffing lament, or both, or just buffing lament/reworking the item's damage and identifications (eg: lunar spine).

 

mana steal requires you to melee, casting a spell after using your melee attack on a fast and below weapon will halt all spell casting for a short amount of time

but once that bug gets fixed, i still feel lament will be lacking

you can spellspam perfectly fine with any spellspam build so using manasteal doesnt help much. id much rather use nepta which costs a lot less and does more damage

 

King of Hearts is better as a support wand then lament, so at this point dual wielding KoH and Nepta is better than lament imo

It's what makes Lament unique. Having EVERY MYTHIC just damage focused makes them boring and just plain boring. This is what makes Lament stand out. Would you rather have another boring damage Mythic as the CREATOR? Think about Lament in the terms of story and how it scales to it.

ye it stand out because its the most "balanced" "funny" mythic
you r right nepta is so boring because it does more damage than lament.

 

Water damage % is supposed to buff the heal amount, so when that's fixed, it'll be more obvious that Lament was supposed to be a support wand with a pretty high damage and mana steal for a support item.

Now try beating LI with King of Hearts. Exactly.

 

I hope the fix comes soon... it'll make my Mage finally the support it dreams to be. But besides that, I wonder how it hasn't been fixed yet...

 

I think you forgot a little detail i said, dual wield nepta with it
