    idk why , nirvana and lament It's not too strong. spring just so strong , but still get 79 max raw water dmg buff

    ikr lament get water % buff 13 to 46% , but 33% like only 600 water dmg at The same build . Of course, it doesn't even calculate the nerfed raw base water dmg 529 to 489 -40 base water

    You can, sure but you can't get concentration or curse on those weapons without being part water. My point still stands.

    Nirvana got an overall buff from prior to 1.17 so why are you complaining?

    Because said buff was too strong..? And the second nerf you're talking about tightened it's damage range to make it more consistent. Average damage remained the same, which I'd say is an overall buff.

    Bows have the highest base damage in the game and has lower spell multipliers than assassin does when considering mana cost.

    While spring is very strong please also remember that its an archer weapon which firstly has a higher baseline already and secondly they take more dmg so yeah ._.
