How exactly does raw negative spell effect spell damage, I dont really know

 

meteor has a 400% spell multiplier so you will do rawspell*4 in your meteors

gaia has a -1k raw spell so you will do 4k less than normal which is about 6-7k

 

Okay, thanks for clearing me up about that, but lets just assume you could get a gaia with really low negative spell values

wouldnt this be at leas decent then? ~13.4k meteors - 4*(-1000+150 from hive boots) = still around 10k meteors which is more than any other earth wand, while also still having 5k melee dps

or doesnt it work like that?

Edit: I guess you could just use Hive wand with T6 Earth

the damage is pretty meh but its the best you can get with non mythic fire mage (at least i think, recommend me another weapon if there is one)

2) Why Precious?
3) Is Drain from Hive?

 

1) you can try using Executioner Helmet
2) any ring with 2 health regen works, you get -2 from Drain+Corruption Seal
3) its from Corrupted Underworld Crypt pretty sure
