A Typical Day In Wynncraft

So here I was, in Ragni with my level 19 Assassin class. Here were my goals for today:
-Complete Decrepit Sewers (few times)
-Complete Arachnid's Ascent
-Complete Maltic's Well

I was walking towards the Decrepit Sewers with my A+ armor, and lots of healing pots. My flaw was my weapon. Its the TERRIFIC, AMAZING Brich Wood Shears. (fast attack speed, 5-10 damage)

I made it all the way to the boss before realizing, he has 1000 health. Hey! I only have to hit him about 133 times. Not so hard, eh. Think again.

Well, I rather not talk about what happened.

I decided maybe Decrepit Sewers was to hard, lets to Maltic's Well.

Made it to the witch and realized, she had 350 health (or 400 i don't remember). Hey, I only have to hit her 47 times, while she's throwing POTIONS THAT DO 1/6 MY HEALTH BAR.



Went to Arachnid's Ascent, and completed it. EZ. Now back to Maltic's Well

My friend (level 92 Warrior) came and killed the witch, gave me the bottle, and left. Then the witch decides to respawn and come out of her little hut. While I'm fail ONE parkour jump, she traps me in the corner, and guess what. I died, never saw that coming, eh?

Well after that I lost 102 emeralds. Hey at least i still have 5 EB in the bank.

GOOD NEWS: I didn't lose the bottle.

Well I completed that quest. It only took 1 1/2 hours!

Anyway, hope ur typical wynncraft day isn't like this!

You're aware a Birch Wood Shears hits 2.5 times a second, right? That's 5-10 damage, so 12.5-25 dps against Witherhead and Well Witch. In addition, you have your Spin Attack spell, which would deal a total 500% damage, so 25-50, and since you're Lv 16 or higher when doing these, it would stun the enemy for a second and leave them unable to target you for 2-3.

Let's just be generous and say you're very conservative with mana, so you cast every 3 seconds or so.

Over 10 seconds, your total DPS would be as such:
Melee: 5-10*2.5=12.5-25, average 18.75, we'll round to 19 for sake of ease
19*10=190
Spell: 5-10*5=25-50
25-50*3=75-150, average 112.5, we'll round to 113

Total: 190+113=303 damage per second

This means you'd have killed Witherhead, who has 920 health, in just over 30 seconds, and you would have killed the Well Witch, who has 350 health, in about 10 while having them completely and utterly helpless thanks to Spin Attack's stun.

And, mind, this is assuming you have all basic gear and no skill points applied which could increase your damage at all.

Even with basic gear, I don't see how you'd have had trouble with this, and by this point you should've found at least a few uniques to use, SOMETHING better than Birch Wood Shears. Heck, you could've upgraded to Spruce Wood Shears and had 10-16 damage instead of 5-10. Feels more like you were just having an off day.

Let's also assume no one isn't a God at playing them. You do have to account for the smaller things, such as lag, minor enemies, human flaws, and other things.

But I really don't care about any of that stuff. ^^

I know, the witch is easy to kill. Part of Assassin is, don't stop moving as you spam Spin Attack. XD
