Still a bilingual bonus; I wrote "pun" because for all we know Jiandan is a person (China doesn't exist in Wynn to my knowledge).
Did you know: since it doesn't use characters or accents, it also could be "Fried Egg Handwraps"

It's meant to mean "Simple" as initially stated, cause, well, they're literally just cloth handwraps.
