Budget: No more than one Li item, prefer it not to be super expensive, but already have a grim so.

 

For the first slider build (I really like it) think I could replace suppression with raging wind so no -lifesteal (because then when u hit people u lose health) and pirate's tear with contrail?

both sliders are glass cannon with pretty high damage output and speed

(black catalyst x2 set bonus gives 2/4 mana regen, 10% spell, 50 hp and some health. so you actually have 9/4 mana regen and more damage)

so u want a build with 100% reflect and thorns with good defense and hp?

Level Range: I’m currently lvl 97 but I want to make this for when I get to lvl 100. So... lvl range of 90-100
