Another Dungeons & Dragons Campaign (6/6 Players)

How? I don't have any other offensive spells and I don't have a weapon except a Qstaff & Dagger. What would you have wanted me to do with the beehive anyway?

 

Chromatic Orb? Shocking Grasp? Poison Spray?

Knocking down a beehive could get the bees to attack the bear, and Arzuros might focus on eating the honey over fighting.

 

I told you beofre, Chromatic Orb requires a diamond worth 50gp and I doubt I have that. The other Cantrips are melee and I don't thik Erevan would have liked to get close up to a giant bear with only 6/8hp.

As for knocking down a beehive, you never told us there was another one besides the one the bear ate from the beginning.

As a DM, I have learned that you shouldn't take for granted that one of the PCs will figure something out.

Yea, but that's Niryes' personality, Erevan is more... Calm I guess. And he uses magic for litteraly everything.

 

Has Erevan cast a single spell since he joined the party? I'm honestly not sure.

 

No, since the only one he can use is Mage Armor and he only has 2 slots.

 

What about cantrips? They're infinite-use.

 

I know, he's used Fire bolt a bunch of times and Light once (With the pebble you know)

You four continue going through the forest. The trees eventually thin out. You can hear water nearby.

After some time, Liun gets back up with 1 HP.

When I wake up I say
Liun:"Ugh... where am I?"

 

Niryes: "You're alive with people who don't want to kill you. As far as I know, you're already coming out ahead."

 

Liun:''Oh it's you guys what happend?''

 

Erevan: ”Well we’re going to this murderer’s place.”

OOC Erevan: ”Wait did we just leave that boy at the bandit camp?”

Liun:"So what did I miss while I was out?"
