Mage/Dark Wizard Help A Good Hive Wand Build

Been trying for the past week to change and tweak pieces around to make my requirements fit in,

What I'm going for is an element-balanced build that will main in
Melee damage, Health and defence, But also not shove me into a hole in the ground with -50% walk speed..

When I say "element-balanced" I mean that the build should be usefull against all elements, I dont want to switch gears when going to areas or smthn.
If possible, I want to include the "Breezehands" ring since it gives another attack speed tier which really ups the dps..

The best gear I've gotten to work had 10k health, 600~dps and Meteor shower still had good damage still after the spell damage killers but again, I dont want to main spells..

If I manage to get my hands on a cheap good gaia that'd be amazing, But the risk reward for the price and the idd of it are insanely risky in terms of money which I dont have much of.. The hive wand has a set numbers which are great and also I dont have to sell my bank and my other class as a slave...

 

well pretty much the only viable melee wand atm is gaia so unless you have that ur better off just using spell :/

 

After I found out about the memory accesories(byte,gigabyte and megabyte) I have managed to create this:

which is around 1k less melee dps than the exact same build with Gaia..
Is 6k/7k dps as good as I believe it is?

 

well if ur gonna get a slayer may as well get a gaia -.-
also why do u wanna melee so bad, spell mage is perfectly fine
also problems with the build,
first of all no elemental defense
not absolutely important but combined with relatively low def/agil having 13k hp wont help all that much
second rainbow damage
you'll have quite a bit of trouble with a lotta bosses cuz you dont do that much damage in any one element so theyre each affected by their elemental defs and you'll end up not doing any damage at all to things like qira and such
now lastly you'll want to put some points into intel so you can actually heal and stuff
despite not being a spell mage, melee mages still have to use their spells often enough so you'll need some intel to make sure you dont run outta mana super fast

 

replace aries with breakdown but thats p good

vaward is the only thing you need good sp on

 

you realize to get 7sp it is now a 1% chance?
you'll need to get at least 3 of those and 2 6sps
thats pretty much impossible

May I ask why Breakdown?

 

39 melee and thunder

you need 1 7sp and 2 6sp in int/dex/agi, breakdowns int and dex dont matter

 

it has high melee but its not rly practical it has 39% thunder damage that'll mostly go to waste not to mention 100 intel req with -intel and having like nothing to do with intel/water

 

The intel is really what bothered me, With Aries I have done more on str which was actually better than breakdown with the big intel impact..

 

the more -intel on breakdown the more you'll need to wear it

Srry for not knowing a bunch of things cuz its my first build really, But is it actually better for, for example, hive wand to have 5 T6 powders on it from all types or is it better without it? Is it worth it really?

If you are looking to use breeze hand to up your dps, than either you are using the wrong wand or the wrong ring. Hive wand is best use for spell attacks not melee, because there are other better options for melee wands. Hope you find this useful.
