Looking to buy a 1/30 chestnut horse. Make your offers. Not willing to pay more than i know it to be worth.

 

Well if you already know what it's worth, why won't you say your price?

 

Well I like to think of it as a market strategy. Making people decide the price they want to pay, making it possible to buy the horse for lower all the while setting my own highest price. So i dont overpay, but open the possibility for underpaying
