Archer/Hunter Steal Spam: Life Steal And Mana Steal/regen Post Update

There once was a man who had too much time on their hands and decided: "Hey! What if I put the newly buffed capricorn and heat sink together! Nothing could go wrong!"
Then this build was born.
I haven't made this build in game yet, but will be using it myself, because it looks good.

The Items:
Helmet
Anima-Infused
For the spell damage and much needed thunder defenses.

Chestplate
Soulflare (also got buffed)
Has *300* Life Steal and 2/4 Mana Steal. Couldn't be better than when combined with heat sink

Leggings
Heat Sink (duh)
Life Steal and fits Capricorn's reqs perfectly, so less SPs are 'needed' (you'll find out why that isn't true later)

Boots
Capricorn (doy)
3/4 Mana Regen, 3/4 Mana Steal, Spell%, Raw Spell, +ws, this thing has it all... except +thunder defense (lol)

Rings!
2xMoon Pool or 2xDiamond Hydro (whichever you have access to)
Moon Pool give plenty of constant mana regen, diamond hydro does the same BUT give you positive defenses. USE DIAMOND HYDRO IF YOU HAVE THEM

Bracelet
Prowess for the Skill Points (uh oh 2xMaster Hive @LarzLapiz )

Necklace
Gigabyte or Diamond Fusion
Here is a dilema. The goal of this build is to spell spam and Life/Mana Steal, but conserving mana is critical too. Gigabyte has no requirements, and, therefore, saves the most Skill Points. With gigabyte, 105 intelligence is possible (105 is for 2 mana arrow storms), but a 9 int capricorn is required. With diamond fusion, 11 skill points are used to achieve the minimum requirements WHICH MEANS 95 intelligence is possible (94 is for 3 mana arrow bombs). The choice is yours: have less elemental defenses and more spell casts, or more elemental defenses and slightly less spell casts. Also! Note my phrasing of that last sentence. I did not say 'more spell damage'! I said "more spell casts". With diamond fusion, you actually have ~250-300 more bomb damage than with gigabyte because of the strength requirement for Fusion Neck.

One Final Note on Armor: If you have the luxury of equipping 2 Diamond Hydro Rings, YOU MUST HAVE 9 INT Capricorn AND Gigabyte. Every Skill Point Counts, so none can go to meeting Diamond Fusion Necklace's str requirements. Personally I think 2xMoon Pool is better for consistent damage, but 2x diamond hydro is the way to 'possibly' solo bosses like LI/Wybel/Qira.

Weapon

This is a Life/Mana Steal build after all. What other weapon could ya choose (don't say hellstrand or i'll die from a slow firing squad [see what I did there?] )
Get 200+ LS, 3/4 MS, and 800+ poison. For this build, exploding is not necessary. 700 poison is acceptable but highly discouraged.
I have been messing around in wynndata with the powdering and have drawn a few conclusions.
First Powder Set Up:
F6 F6 T6 T6
Second Powder Set Up:
F6 F6 W6 T6

These 2 powder set ups are the best I came up with. The fire powders are obvious, the build has 60% fire dmg, and 30% thunder, BUT also 30-50% water damage. Water is varied by the use of moon pools or hydros.
This is tricky because using water thunder and fire splits the damage three ways, lowering your damage against targets with lots of elemental defenses, but increasing the potential damage against targets with low defenses in any of the used elements. This also means your arrow bombs do neutral, earth, thunder, water, and fire damage. If you only use Fire and Thunder Powders, you will likely pierce the enemy's elemental defenses more easily since the damage is more concentrated than when split between thunder and water.
The Verdict on Powders:
If using 2xPools, I suggest the First Powder Set Up
If using 2x Hydros, I suggest the First OR Second Powder Set Up
The Second Set Up is very niche, and likely worse than the prior set up.

TLDR: Life Steal, Mana Steal, Capricorn Needs to be godlike/perfect, everything else is fixed or not necessarily required to be godlike/perfect, Spell Spam-ish, Might last a while in boss arenas.​
