Archer/Hunter Help Is This Good Enough?

A couple months back I got a few suggestions for a build that consists of these items:
Queens Headpiece
Aquarius
Hephaestus-forged Greaves
Capricorn

Raging Wind
Raging Wind
Prowess
Diamond Hydro Necklace

If there are any changes that could be made to make this better I would like to know. I also want to note that I'm not a rich person that can afford buying tons of expensive items. Thanks for the help.

900 LS, 7/4 MR and 8/4 MS, Needs powders on armor to compensate the -thunder and -earth, only need to buy 2 items, everything else is hive or FF, 105 intelligence is possible.
