Sayleros's Brother
Difficulty: He hits hard, has charge, is in an enclosed area, and has 10 phases (but gets weaker).
Weakness (Strategy-Wise): Increased ease
To fight them: Try to knock him into the water. If you can, get on top of a tombstone and use your melee attack. Once you get through the first few phases, you've essentially won.

The Mummy
Difficulty: It rapid-fire powerful projectiles and can give you slowness, making you an easy target.
Weakness: The room has a lot of cover locations.
To fight them: If mage or archer, spam your third spells. If a warrior, strafe and use uppercut. If assassin, use vanish and smoke bomb.

Tribal Zombie Cheif
Difficulty: It can and will decimate your health with multihit, and is very fast.
Weakness: Air
To fight them: Do EVERYTHING in your power to prevent them having the upper hand in mobility. Be it escape, vanish, uppercut (keeps them in the air for at least a few seconds), or ice snake, USE IT.

Corruptor of Worlds
Difficulty: It's very fast and hits you 10 times a second.
Weakness: Weaknesses
To fight them: Get a fast weapon with air/fire damage, and, once again, try to lower their mobility. Due to their low base damage, damage reduction helps greatly.

Amadel's Final Form:
Difficulty: Multiple phases with different strategies to them, as well as elemental defense in every aspect.
Weakness: Size
To fight them: If you get them into an area that blocks its attacks but it can still see you, it won't try to move. Deal with the Elemental Blooms as needed.

Bob's Reincarnation
Difficulty: Very powerful, has explosive charge and has 5 minions.
Weakness: Spams charge
To fight them: Always keep moving, have a reliable way of healing, and don't always move in one direction. The reason that the charge spam is a weakness is that it gives you a reliable way of avoiding his determined movement towards you.

Qira
Difficulty: Very, very powerful, (basically) immune to elemental damage, can trap you, has five kinds of minions that swarm the area.
Weakness: Is ranged
To fight them: Have a reliable way of healing and strafe as much as you can. Life steal helps greatly. Mobility spells are also quite helpful.

The Orange Wybel
Difficulty: Very powerful, very powerful minions, two invincible phases, invincible one-shot minions, and there's no way of leaving without defeating it.
Weakness: Spawns a lot of weak minions
To fight them: Life steal and mana steal are your friends. Explosion can quickly rack up damage with the sheer quantity of minions as well.

Adamastor
Difficulty: Strong projectiles, unkillable minion
Weakness: Earth
To fight them: Take care of Urdar, as his multihit can take you down quickly. Pay attention to his egg, since it can hatch at any time. Circle around Adamastor and use common sense to avoid their projectiles.

Matrojan Idol
Difficulty: 1000000 total health, really strong, different strategies
Weakness: Varies with phase
To fight them: Pay attention to the spells of every phase and change your movements as needed. Make sure that the weapon/spells your are using are effective against their current phase.

Yahya - The Final Form
Difficulty: ???

You should add Orange Wybel and some LI bosses to the list, and perhaps some other boss altars as well.

Qira's biggest weakness is that you can easily strafe her in close circles and she can't do shit to you due to the way her spells work. Just spam AoE attacks to deal with her and her minions while you circle her like a shark.

It's just that it's more weak to air, if I'm correct. Or maybe I'm babbling. Also, air weapons tend to be faster (Eidolon excluded definitely).

You forgot level 9001 Yahya.

 

He only has tough-strength attack, and it gets significantly weaker through each phase, both movement-wise and attack-wise. If you have trouble against him, you just need to stop using Lv 5 gear.

He has extra health and that's about it. His attacks are only Boss-strength, not any higher.

His Multihits inflicts 220% damage total, and he inflicts 500-650 damage base at a level where the player should have around 3000 health or more. 1100-1430 damage isn't an instakill. Also, he has a minor air weakness you seem to have conveniently forgotten.

Use your spells to stop him, and you can easily facetank his damage for a few moments. Heck, I won this battle without moving once by just having a defense build and guzzling potions. His air and fire weaknesses are equal, by the way.

The first phase uses ranged basic attacks, and multihitting spells like Flamethrower and Multihits. By far this is the most dangerous form; the battle is a downhill struggle.
The second phase uses strong single-hit moves such as Charge and Meteor, with a melee basic attack and movement using Crawl AI(stops moving every couple of seconds before restarting). Utilize the downtime.
The third phase is no threat unless it starts spamming its spells, which it can sometimes do, but very rarely.

His attack speed is normal and he has melee AI.

Qira doesn't really have a weakness; her ranged attacks can be strafed, sure, but given the amount of minions in the arena that will constantly be spawning and the fact that she can A) freeze you with Spiderweb, B) use Meteor to not only give her attack a power boost but also give it a much wider area of effect which WILL hit at melee range or C) use Teleport and slice you up that way, there's really no effective way to fight her except by having a good build and lots of skill, or lots of friends.

You're forgetting Explosion. A lot of people utilize Explosion, and that weakness can also be a point in its favour as the Rowdy Wybels can easily flood the arena. If you don't have a good way of dealing with them, then it's hardly a weakness at all.

Everyone who beats this boss is cheating and should be banned immediately.
