"I know, I'm sorry." Katie apologises, looking guilty.


"You could always sit with the elites." Artemis says, smiling.

 

“I’m trying to find Akli’il. Have you seen him?”

 

Spring just smiles.
"No need to apologize."


"It's alright. I'm still experimenting with some ingredients from your home." She sighs.

"I just spoke to him. What do you need?"

 

"O-Ok." Katie says, looking back at the food.


Artemis pauses for a moment, before hugging Ali.

 

Dozens of types of fish, bread, and so on.


Ali seems startled, throat letting out a quiet yip before calming down a bit and putting one hand around Artemis.

 

“Was just going to talk to him. Haven’t seen him in a while.”

 

Fuela nods, going back to the den and poking her head in again, Akli'il's poking out shortly after.
"Oh, haven't seen you in a while, robot. What's going on?"

 

“Just thought I’d walk around a bit, see some people I haven’t seen. You guys seem to be doing well.”

 

"Yeah, things have been looking up since the walls were torn down. Haven't had anyone starve to death lately, either, so that's a plus."

 

“I’d imagine so. And you’ve got shelter now, which must be nice.”

 

"Extremely. The new royalty has even offered us to live inside the respite, but I only send our sickly there. I'd rather know that I can roam the world without going mad instead of taking a luxury."

 

"I'll go wait around a bit. Maybe Sparky will join me if he decides to wake up."
He goes back to Anne and the wyvern.

 

"We shall be attacking Laruja."

 

“That’s nice to hear. I take it you’re doing well with everyone else as well.”

 

"What can I say? I care about my food."
I leave town since I'm clearly not welcomed here.

 

They're both curled up in a corner of the cave, weary.

"Yes, relatively speaking. Fairly dull days thus far."

The guards hand you your scythe as you leave.
"Please tell me you're not just discovering that people don't like you when you murder their family members."

All but one general nods.
"All due respect, do we even need an army to do that?"

 

"Maybe I should take a nap with them." He thinks.
Bardock walks towards the two and sits down.

 

"The only being that I'm aware of that seems to be capable of harming a god is the Hive Master. Is he at fault in this case as well?"

 

"Indeed we do. Recall that your men get a small bonus in their payroll if they are fighting in the frontlines. Not only that, but in dealing with small but determined targets, overwhelming force may be mecesary."

 

I looks like I’m about to say something, but quickly decide not to, and just nod.
“Hey, if you’ll hear me out, I’ve got a favor to ask of you.”
