It's only after you drain the bottle that it starts feeling like actual vodka. The other people in the room are doing some shit with some scrolls or something? Eh.

The coins drop easily into your coin pouch, but the tooth-adorned shortsword has to be awkwardly slid into a free area on your belt. Good thing the assassin guy's scabbard remained intact after you brutally murdered him.

The man heads into the back, returning with 3 glass bottles, familiar red liquid sloshing inside.
Herbalist: "Let's see, then. These are some of my cheaper ones, but you didn't really ask for the specifics. Each of these are 10 gold each."

 

Thorston: "Sure."
He purchases the three potions and pays for them.

The scroll hums extremely softly before a grizzled, gruff voice starts resonating in your skull.

???: "Deztelex? I have never heard that name in my life. Who are you and why do you have this scroll?"

None of those goddamn useless cult people are responding, they seem to be talking about something. That lizardguy that you think you met back in town is holding a scroll and looks like he's angrily meditating or something, and the ice wizard is looking at you and is extremely suspicious.

The assassin said the new government would be in Kyuuvar. From the king, I know that Eood was only the seat of power due to tradition. The king also told me that it is to the west in Kyre Valley. Seeing as how my quest is to continue the mission of Leon and interfere with the cult, that's where I'm gonna head to.

But first, I'll search the area for knowledge on how to travel there or at least a map.

 

Herbalist: "You know, the basics... strength, speed, climbing, water-breathing, magic-boosting, jumping, et cetera... they're a bit more expensive than the healing ones, though."
