    tryed to get some mana regen and steal
    and ofc some thunder dmg

    the health is shit but ok
    also maby little hard to get
    you can change ring to maby bloom


    you got 27 skill points left with this
    build.

    is you think i should change somthing tell me. (i was trying to get the 30K+ spin atack)

    Replace one Intensity with Diamond Static Ring, it gives a massive dexterity bonus.
