    Lets say I have Lament Wand and it gives +39% water damage..
    (really rare)

    And lets say I got Hephaestus-Forged Greaves Leggings which gives -40% water damage...

    What will the water damage be?

    0.99x? ( +39-40 = -1% )
    OR
    0.834x? ( (+39%)-40% = -16.6% )

    What will happen with other equipment involved?

    I am pretty sure wynncraft adds up and deducts the stats to make a total value.

    That being said, i think x0.99 is what will happen.
