    Does anybody know whether chestplates like "The Mummy's Rag" or "Chestplate of Ineptitude" still give +2 tier attack speed? This would be really helpful. Thx

    The only armor that gives more than 1 attack speed are Centipede and Cancer (which is unusable for melee now). Though melee isn't really bad now since many +attack speed items got buffed in some way (like Burnout)
