SPOILER Fun Fact About Troubled Tribesmen Dialogue

Out of curiosity, I put the gibberish in the dialogue that the tribal people say in this quest into some online cipher solver thing and turns out, it actually translates into English. I don't think this has ever been found before because I searched for it and no results came up.

Original- Ka L'argwit: Fa yna tuusat! Dra sykel uv drec cylnat dnaa ryc paah lunnibdat.
Translated- Ka L'argwit: We are doomed! The magic of this sacred tree has been corrupted.

Original- Ka L'argwit: Oui tuh'd ihtancdyht y funt E ys cyoehk. Dryd kio Krattson ybbaync du cbayg ouin myhkiyka.
Translated- Ka L'argwit: You don't understand a word I am saying. That guy Krattson appears to speak your language.

Original- Shaman Inrekei: Oui ryja y bufanvim vaam ypuid oui, cdnyhkan. So baubma yna eh tyhkan. Bmayca, dyga drec yht ramb dras.
Translated- Shaman Inrekei: You have a powerful feel about you, stranger. My people are in danger. Please, take this and help them.

Pretty cool amirite?

The names of the tribal armors and weapons don't appear to translate to anything though.

Can someone in the position to do so please get the pre- and mid- quest dialogues for these two? Be worth translating that as well.
