that means 15 of the servers is almost full

 

13 was a ghost server so for all we know it was probably full asf too

if it were 100, during this thing 900 peoples were on, meaning it wouldnt be possible for 15 servers to be red

 

I think the servers become red when they have only like 45+ players.

 

Its actually more, the cap increased the amount of players to make the block red. (I don't know the number)

 

They still get red around 55/75 players iirc.
