Chargeback Ban?

Okay let me clearify this first before i begin: i will remove this if there has been a appeal by my friend for the same thing but as of now i can't find it so:

Hi Staff and everyone else!

Now let me begin by saying that a couple days ago (not really sure what date and time it happened cus i was in a voice channel and not a call) my friend(Eloquent_Raccoon)s Father(WalvisMetSchnor) made a purchase of a wasp on your store and a couple minutes after he got banned out of nowhere for a chargeback without him knowing!!
Now i get that some people want their money back for something and they get the chargeback but not him! he just wanted a pet just like my friend and me and wanted to continue to play so why him? and also i do know he has to appeal for an unban but he is 1: bad at english and 2: probably not connected to the forums so that is why we need to help him in this.

i hope you understand and that he is gonna be able to play again with the wasp he legit bought.
