    You need to go first at space wizard tower (forgot his name) in sky islands (look map and you see wierd tower near border of molten heights)

    You complete whole tower to top. Go to another tower where salt rock is and gravity should take you to the moon.

    According to the quest book there is no secret discovery in gavel and staff members have said that there is no discovery at the library.

    I believe that the library is still there however it no longer has a discovery.
