The "dark" theme is actually in dire need of a few changes, in my opinion. Let me explain :P

As you can see here, using any post inserts like Images, spoilers, etc. makes the base font somewhat invisible to someone who has eyes that aren't as sharp as the avg, so colorblind or vision impaired people can't see it.

This is preference over necessity, but i'd appreciate if you could put a darker backsplash around the mini-blurbs on the right side, as with the other dark themes.

No link this time - But can you change the color of the "filler text" of shoutbox thread announcements? Like, the "created thread in forum:" text? It's the same gray as the 1st link and it's difficult for other partially vision-impaired people.


Finally - For a dark theme, its actually quite bright, and seeing as it has many clarity issues as well as just being slightly unflattering compared to others. If you could do a sweeping revise, it'd be much appreciated. For the meantime, i'll be using the light theme, even though it fucking wrecks my eyes when it gets later in the night.

Love that there's finally a new dark theme!

I have a few immediate issues that I see.
Disclaimer: This is mostly my opinion, and I have no idea if all of them were intended.

1. Tags (User and thread) should be like the rest of the dark themes:

Imo it just doesn't look right with the weird white gradient.

2. In other themes, the username color (of non-staff) and links below tags (messages, likes, etc.) matches the color of links in messages ( ).

3. Profile drop-down too dark:


4. For the ultimate nick-pick: Hovering over a link should make the text white/gray and be highlighted in the link's color.
(I'm not 100% if this would look better, but its how it works in Starr Night)

I cannot tell if this is just a glitch on my side, or this happens to everyone, but on the Northern Glow theme, the reply box down at the bottom is completely filled with white, and I cannot see what I'm typing (I have to highlight my text to see if I misspelled anything http://prntscr.com/hpvn43 http://prntscr.com/hpvnf7 I do have the Grammarly plugin on my browser, but it's never affected Starry Night, so I can't tell. When I click the box to start writing, it goes dark for a second like it should be dark before turning all white.

But these new themes look really cool, and except for this weird reply box thing, I'm gonna use this theme till it's gone which is saying a lot since I love Starry Night! Thanks :D

 

This is how it looks on mine: https://prnt.sc/hpvsy7 and on most others. I'm intrigued as to why yours is solid white though, grammarly shouldn't be affecting it.

Still an issue with inserting links, spoilers, etc
(Misspelled it first time, so that the red squiggly line would show up so you could see it wasn't just spaces)

I'm on mobile now, and for some odd reason, I have the white box again. And no one else has this problem?
