Personally I do everything. Quest, then dungeon, then grind, quest, dungeon, grind, rinse, repeat. If it is confusing, then I'll clarify some more. I complete any quests that are within about 15 levels of my character, then do the hardest dungeon available. Once I get 2-4 levels from the dungeon (or once it stops giving me xp every 2nd or 3rd run). Then I do the quests I accumulated over the course of those levels and grind till I have more quests or reach another higher level dungeon. Then I rinse and repeat.

 

yea, I plan on explaining different ways to level up (from fun wich are quest to not fun wich is grinding but from slow to fast ;))
