Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Shadow Stephanie doesn't seem to be in the Shadow Palace, nor in the city.

 

"I'm ending this!"
He reaches for his bow and arrow.

 

She retreats a bit.
"Wh-what's gotten into you?!" She asks, fear in her voice.

The beast inside... can't be stopped... if the hand that slays the dealbreaker is the one slain...
You start to transform.

He goes to Earth and scans again, dropping the matter if she isn't there either.

 

"This is your fault! If only you hadn't told me!"

 

Shadow Stephanie seems to be somewhere on Earth.

 

"Nemmek, my mind has become far too cluttered. I'll be back once I fully regain myself."

I press on deeper into the forest

 

"Told you what?!" She asks, worried.

Nemmek snorts, staying put.

Squeezing between the trees, you find a similar clearing that's slightly smaller.

He tries to find a more specific location.

 

"If you hadn't told me about my father, about my family, then I would have never stayed. I would've never get involved with that Ziz.."
A tear runs down his face.
"..I would've never knew about the things I did."

 

It takes a while, but Sivius manages to locate Shadow Stephanie in a large town.

 

She looks at you, still confused.
"What do you mean, the things you did? What are you even talking about?"

Sivius warps near her, partially hoping to figure out what she's up to.

I approach Emerald in the library.
“Hey.”

 

"That Ziz tricked me into killing my siblings years ago, because I've had her children. Your siblings."
He tightens the bow, aiming at Rema.

 

Sivius warps near to a dark alleyway, a streetlight nearby broken and flickering.

 

She glances over.
"Need something?"

He checks for the shortest route to Shadow Stephanie.

"She what?! Wait, why do you think I knew about this? This is news to me!" She protests.

 

“What was that about? With Aj.”

 

"He wanted to go aid the next god, except he just got back from being dead."

 

The shortest route appears to be just going down the alleyway.

 

“...He didn’t go, right?”

 

"This will do nicely."

I sit down and begin to clear my mind

 

He does, keeping tabs on anyone nearby.

As you clear your mind, you seem to recall everything you saw when you drugged yourself, particulrly Nemmek falling through the ground.

"No, he went back to the Realm of Shadows."
