The "wybel" Debate

Since the dawn of time, adventurers of Wynn have kept Wybels as companions. Recently however... a horrible fight broke out in Detlas over whether they are pronounced (Why-bell) or (Wee-bull)

 

It's neither. Wibble like Nibble

I feel like that's been stated by Selvut, but I prefer we-bell.

After all, we know from the jif vs gif debate that we don't always care about what the creator says

but doesn't "Wibble" sound much cuter than "We-bell"

It's wibble. It's always been wibble.

 

Why-bell the Why-bell

 

No it hasn't, Its Why-bell to me, and I've heard others call it Wee-bel but I've never heard anyone say Wibble until you did

 

Wibble is correct, but it usually isn't the way most people immediately think of usually people say it differently until they get corrected

 

When they first came into existence they went by the name of Wibble but due to the lack of intelligence their human owners had they were forced to change their name to wybel (pronounced Why-bell) until they learnt that their human owners were SO STUPID and they were once again force to change their name to Wybel (pronounced Wee-bull)

If we do not start respecting -Ｗａｈｍｅｎ- Wibbles and start calling them by their true name they will revolt and viciously tear into their owners flesh with their cute little sharp teeth. they will dig there claws into our skin and shred it like a hot knife through butter. Feast on our bodies till just the bones are left and then use the bones to brush their teeth and sharpen the claws that were used just moments before to slice and our puny bodies and crush our feeble heads against detlas bank pavement.

Honestly though...
Wy and wee are not the same
Wy and why are not either but they at least sound the same.
Bel and bull are different Bel and bell have the same pronunciation....
Wibbles are their real name obvsly but due to the lack of intelligence that the average human has they were forced to change the pronunciation.

 

I originally pronounced it Wy-bel but Wibble just sounds so much better
