"You're really pissing me off right now. You better stop it."

 

"You wanted answers. Would you rather I lie to you?"

 

"I appreciate the awnsers, but they don't really approve of my ways."

 

"I never said you would like the answers."

 

"I know and am aware of that. I just think that right now you're sounding really self-centered and short-sighted."

 

"He seemed fine to kill the other prisoner earlier today. I see no reason why another is a problem."

 

"I guess I should get back to work." Vexa says, heading into the back.

 

"I'd say that you're right about me being self-centered."

Ruby keeps quiet, glancing at the sky.

Ragnyon sighs.
"I didn't come all this way to allow you to turn someone's puppy into a war dragon."

 

The sun already seems to have begun to set, despite the early time. Dark gray clouds appear to be rolling over the sky.

 

"And you're even admitting everything? I can't believe you, you're really hopeless."

 

"Hmmph. Fine. If you wish to keep your dragon innocent, so be it."

I switch on the blades of the staff and stab the prisoner through the chest

 

She shrugs.
"Again, would you rather I lie?"

Ruby seems suspicious, heading towards the magic shop.

He coughs up blood before crumpling to the ground, the others swallowing hard.
"...I really hope you're not this insane when we start our lessons..." Ragnyon sighs.

 

"I can't believe it. I honestly can't believe. You're just a... good for nothing guardian. I can't believe you're like this!"

 

"Insulting me won't do much. It's not like I can take back what I've done."

 

"You shouldn't have done it in the first place! What would your children think of you, knowing that you killed so many only for your own good?!"

 

The shop still seems to be open, floating lights around it to light the oncoming night.

 

"In war, examples must be made. As long as no enemies of the state appear during your lessons, we'll be quite fine."

I clean the blood off the staff and put it away

 

"They would turn from me, and I would watch them from afar... if I had more than one left."

"No promises."

Ruby peeks inside, summoning her staff.

 

The old sorceress seems to be talking to someone, her crystal ball glowing.

 

I chuckle a bit

"Always a pleasure, Raygyon. Now, do you think Solis will want to talk to me?"
